Congress and Exhibition Center
Yantai International Expo Center, developed and constructed by Nanshan Group, is a large modern exhibition, conference and catering place in Yantai. It is located in the center of Laishan District, east of Guangdang River, south of the Yellow Sea, north of the university town, and facing the Sports Park across the river. It takes about 15 minutes to drive from Yantai Airport, Yantai Railway Station and Yantai Port with convenient traffic and beautiful natural environment. It integrates with the surrounding environment by its grand momentum and graceful posture. Covering a total building area of 158,000㎡, including aboveground area of 138,000㎡and underground area of 20,000㎡, Yantai International Expo Center consists of outdoor square, entry hall, indoor exhibition hall, conference center and indoor banquet hall, with an effective exhibition area of 60,000㎡. The outdoor square of Yantai International Expo Center covers an area of 60,000㎡, which is designed to have a large landscape sculpture and water system, showing concision and generousness. The south part of the exhibition hall is decorated with rows of trees, which serves as both an outdoor exhibition area and an afforested parking lot; the southeast part is a large afforested square, forming a pleasant resting place freely and geometrically. In nightscape lighting design of the square, except for square lamps covering the whole square, it is also equipped with some floor lamps and landscape lamps, which not only satisfies the need of lighting, but also creates a colorful lighting scene.
