APTEKA takes place within the Russian Healthcare Week, bringing together representatives of the pharmaceutical industry from Russia and other countries, and serving as a business platform for summing-up the results of the year and future prospects discussion.

APTEKA exhibition has obtained the status of UFI Approved Event, and is held under the auspices of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.

More than 180 companies from 17 countries participated at the exhibition last year, including UK, Germany, Egypt, India, Jordan, Iran, Spain, Italy, Kazakhstan, China, Poland, Belarus, Russia, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Croatia and Czech Republic.

The International Medical and Pharmaceutical Business Forum annually takes place within the show.

In 2016 the Forum’s programme included 17 sections, where the delegates actively discussed the industry development priorities: opportunities of the Russian pharmaceutical industry in import substitution, impact of the general economic situation in Russia on purchasing behaviour in retail pharmacies, sales supporting in crisis and many other important issues.

Every year, the APTEKA exhibition is visited by the representatives of all sectors of the medical community: medical practitioners, pharmacists, developers, manufacturers and distributors of drugs and medical cosmetics, healthcare authorities.
