Coffee Tea Cacao Expo 2026 is one of the key industry events in the fields of coffee, tea, cacao, and chocolate for the fast food and HoReCa segments. The exhibition will take place April 15–17, 2026, in Moscow, at the modern venue Timiryazev Center.

What will happen at the exhibition:
As part of the event, the program will include an exhibition, a conference program, educational seminars and master classes, tastings, and professional competitions for baristas, roasters, tea masters, and chocolatiers.
Special attention will be paid to the program covering a wide range of business-relevant topics with a focus on new market realities. Over three days, 200+ events are planned across multiple thematic zones.
- PRO Drinks — a zone featuring lectures, presentations, and master classes on coffee, tea, cacao preparation and their combinations with other beverages, as well as tastings.
- PRO Tea — a zone with lectures by tea industry professionals and tea tastings.
- PRO Business — a conference zone focused on the most relevant topics for both HoReCa and Retail: analytics and trends, marketing and promotion, management, product development, HR management, packaging, naming, and more.
- Coffee Bar — a cupping zone dedicated to espresso-based drinks and alternative brewing methods.
- Choco Bar — a cupping zone dedicated to cacao and chocolate.
- Mix Bar — a cupping zone featuring various non-alcoholic beverages.
- Roasters House — a cupping zone where visitors can taste coffee from Russian roasters and green coffee suppliers.
Championships 2026:
- National Award “Barista of the Year” — a competition among baristas demonstrating skills in preparing classic drinks: espresso, a milk-based beverage, and coffee brewed using one manual method.
- National Award “Cup Taster of the Year” — a competition for coffee professionals based on the ability to identify the cup with a different taste among three samples.
- Aeropress Battle Championship — a competition in filter coffee preparation using the Aeropress coffee maker.
- Insane Latte Art Battle Championship — an independent competition focused on creating latte art using steamed milk.
- Chocolate Battle Championship — a competition where participants demonstrate mastery in preparing cacao-based beverages.
- National Championship Tea Masters Cup Russia — a tea championship in two categories: “Tea Tasting” and “Tea Preparation”.
Traditionally, the exhibition will also host award ceremonies for “Roaster of the Year”, “Chocolate of the Year”, “Project of the Year”, and recipients of the honorary title “Person of the Year” in the coffee and tea industries.
