MashExpo Siberia is the first Russian exhibition for metalworking and welding in the calendar for 2026. Machine tools, tools and equipment will be presented here ahead of other venues, which gives non-exhibitors and visitors a competitive advantage. During 4 days of exhibition work, they collect contacts of potential customers, sign partnership and client agreements, sell machine tools right from the stand. Highlights of the event

The exhibition is visited by a professional audience, with a high share of corporate decision makers: managers and purchasing specialists - 14%, heads of procurement departments - 14%, engineers and technologists - 16%, deputy directors - 18%, CEOs and company owners - 35% and others. This helps to make deals quickly, avoiding lengthy approval procedures.

5800+ visitors to MashExpo Siberia come to complete a variety of tasks: from equipping the company technically to getting an expert opinion on the issues of company development.

“I found a partner or a contractor to help me with almost every task I came here with,” said Alexander Rassadnikov, a representative of the Rassvet company, a guest of the exhibition.

The exhibition team creates the environment for Russian enterprises to achieve high results: the exhibition not only solves the issues of communication, increasing expertise, searching for contractors, suppliers and partners, but also addresses personnel issues. In 2025, 87% of industrial and manufacturing enterprises experience a shortage of personnel. Companies find specialists on two MashExpo platforms at once: the Job Fair and the Welding Competition.

The Industry Job Fair #работумолодым (Jobs for the Youth) will be held for the third time at the MashExpo Siberia exhibition. 700+ job seekers and more than 20 employers from among the major companies in the Siberian Federal District are expected. Olga Safiullina, HR Director of the Technology Support Center R&D Complex at Akadempark, which participated in the fair, explained: “A job fair is always good both for the companies that can see who is now ready to enter the labour market, and for young people who get an idea of who is ready to invite them, what companies exist and what they do".

The interregional contest “The Best Welder of Siberia” is aimed at promoting working professions and improving the welders' skills. Companies bring their best welders from many regions of Russia to participate. Visitor surveys show that this is the most popular event of the MashExpo program: representatives of enterprises, experts, recruiters, and students come to see the work of welders. Dmitry Sergeev, CEO of CTF-Siberia, one of the organizers of the competition, claimed: “We see interest from new participants, new companies. Some participate not for the first time and increase their results year by year”.
