EXPOMAP LLC Policy on the processing of personal data

When processing personal data, we strive to comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, in particular Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data”, as well as the norms and rules established at EXPOMAP LLC.

1. Purpose and scope of the document

The “EXPOMAP LLC (hereinafter also referred to as the Company) Policy on the processing of personal data” (hereinafter — the Policy) defines the position and intentions of the Company in the field of processing and protecting personal data, with the aim of observing and protecting the rights and freedoms of every individual.

The Policy is strictly observed by the managers and employees of all structural divisions and branches of EXPOMAP LLC.

This Policy applies to all personal data of data subjects processed by the Company both with and without the use of automation tools.

2. Terms and definitions

Personal data — any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified individual.
Processing of personal data — any action or set of actions performed with personal data (collection, recording, storage, use, transfer, deletion, etc.).
Policy — this policy on the processing of personal data.
Personal data subject — an individual to whom the data relates.
Destruction of personal data — actions as a result of which it becomes impossible to restore the content of the data.

3. Personal data subjects

EXPOMAP LLC processes the data of the following persons:

employees of EXPOMAP LLC;
persons under civil law contracts;
clients of EXPOMAP LLC;
registered users of the Expomap website;
subscribers to the Expomap website newsletters.

4. Principles and conditions of personal data processing

By the security of personal data, EXPOMAP LLC means their protection from unlawful access, destruction, modification, copying and other unlawful actions.
Data is processed in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 152-FZ, and the methodological documents of the FSTEC and the FSB.
Processing principles: legality, fairness, limitation to the stated purposes, and minimization and accuracy of data.
The Company processes data only when there are legal grounds: the data subject's consent, performance of a contract, or fulfillment of obligations under the law.
EXPOMAP LLC has the right to entrust data processing to third parties under a contract, ensuring compliance with the law.
Personal data is destroyed or anonymized upon achievement of the processing purposes or upon withdrawal of the data subject's consent.
Email addresses may be used by Expomap for newsletters, which the user has the right to unsubscribe from.

5. Rights of the personal data subject

To receive information about the processing of their personal data.
To demand the clarification, blocking or destruction of their data if it is outdated or processed unlawfully.
To withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.
To appeal the actions of EXPOMAP LLC to Roskomnadzor or through the courts.
To demand compensation for losses and for moral damage.

6. Liability

In the event of failure to comply with the provisions of this Policy, EXPOMAP LLC bears responsibility in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.

7. Measures to ensure the security of personal data

EXPOMAP LLC takes legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data, including:

identifying security threats during data processing;
applying certified information security tools;
access control and logging of actions performed with personal data;
training employees on the requirements of the law and internal regulations;
detecting and preventing unauthorized access.

8. Amendments to the Agreement

Expomap may amend the “Personal Data Processing Policy” unilaterally, including without prior notice to users.
