Founded in 1996 by a group of seasoned and aspiring exhibition professionals, Orient International Exhibition Co., Ltd. [OIEC] was subsequently in 1997 invited by China Optometric and Optical Association and China Light Industrial Corporation for Foreign Economic and Technical Cooperation to commence co-organizing the 10 th China International Optics Fair in Beijing. OIEC was specifically responsible for the recruitment of international exhibitors and buyers & all associated promotional and value-add activities. Armed with years of valuable experience in show management and unmatched expertise, OIEC propelled the yearly China International Optics Fair [CIOF] into one of the most sizeable and revered international must-go optical events. And starting from 2001, OIEC also engaged in coorganizing the yearly Shanghai edition of China International Optics Fair [CIOF], namely China (Shanghai) International Optics Fair [SIOF]. Currently, the 2 yearly international twin sister events have won worldwide acclaim, rivalling tip-top counterpart events in the US and Europe in terms of gross exhibition area, number of exhibitors and the abundance of reputed global brands, being undisputably the sages in the international optical sphere.
