Business Process Architecture December 2026 - 9th All-Russian case-Forum on improving processes in financial companies

The 9th All-Russian Case Forum, "BUSINESS PROCESS ARCHITECTURE 2026," focuses on optimizing processes within financial institutions, integrating artificial intelligence, and enhancing operational efficiency. Heads of process management and operational divisions will discuss how to derive measurable economic value from digital solutions, manage organizational change, and evolve process architecture—all while navigating resource constraints.

Key topics include the practical application of artificial intelligence in business processes, the development of architectures incorporating AI agents, and the combined use of Process Mining and Task Mining technologies to analyze and continuously improve processes. Participants will explore the transition from isolated analytical projects to systematic management, as well as strategies for controlling technology implementation costs and evaluating return on investment.

The program features over 10 practical case studies and presentations delivered by leaders in process management and operations from the financial sector. Experts will share insights on scaling successful solutions, aligning process architecture with business strategy, and managing change within distributed teams.

A dedicated discussion will address the division of roles between humans and artificial intelligence in process management. Furthermore, participants will examine current trends in AI adoption and the future trajectory of these technologies in the medium term.
