About the conference
FCamp is an exclusive business boot camp for female entrepreneurs, top executives, and women building their careers on their own terms. The event is organized by FCongress with the support of Forbes Woman.
The event brings together Forbes Woman heroines, C-suite executives from leading Russian companies, and Forbes list members for honest dialogue, experience sharing, and mutual support.
The key feature of FCamp is intimate small-group work (up to 8 people). These are closed-door mentoring hours with no audience, no recording, and no formalities.
