How to become a Bentley designer? 2025 - public talk

On December 19, HSE CREATIVE HUB will host the public talk «How to Become a Bentley Designer» — an open meeting with Ilya Razumov, a Bentley exterior designer and HSE University graduate.

The speaker will walk through his career path — from working at Hermes to helping shape the exterior of cars for the British premium brand — and share practical advice for aspiring transportation designers.

The conversation will be moderated by Ilya Lepeshkin, a concept and transportation designer and lecturer at the HSE School of Design who works with the Russian automotive industry.

Participants will discuss industry requirements, skill development, what it is like to work at international car companies, and how to approach competitive selection processes.

The event offers a chance to hear real career stories, ask questions and get guidance for further growth in automotive and industrial design.
