Conference on Psychotherapy, Psychology and Psychosomatic Health 2026 - 2nd Moscow international conference
About the conference
The 2nd Moscow International Conference on Psychotherapy, Psychology and Psychosomatic Health will take place in Moscow.
The conference is a professional platform for specialists interested in advancing modern approaches to mental and physical health and exchanging expertise within the professional community.
Unfortunately, psychosomatic medicine has not yet been established as an independent medical discipline, which means that approaches to psychosomatic conditions and their application in clinical practice can vary significantly among healthcare professionals.
The key objective of the conference is to present the extensive experience of researchers in the field of psychosomatics and demonstrate how clinicians, working within a multidisciplinary team alongside psychologists and psychotherapists and applying a holistic approach to health, can successfully address a wide range of conditions.
What to Expect at the Conference
The programme will feature scientific presentations and masterclasses covering key aspects of psychosomatics, including the physical manifestations of psychological processes and patient pathways for psychosomatic disorders in cardiology, gastroenterology, dermatology, and gynaecology.
The conference will bring together 35 leading speakers from Russia and other countries — psychologists, psychotherapists, and physicians from various medical specialties — to share research findings, clinical experience, and practical tools.
Speakers will include Doctors and Candidates of Medical Sciences, leading specialists from the International Institute of Psychosomatic Health, as well as general practitioners, psychiatrists, psychotherapists, cardiologists, and sleep medicine specialists. They will present the latest findings in psychosomatic research and demonstrate how these insights can be applied in clinical practice.
Participants can look forward to 18 training sessions and masterclasses, interactive activities, and much more.
The masterclasses will provide practising psychotherapists and psychologists with effective techniques that can be incorporated into their professional practice and help expand their therapeutic toolkit. In addition to general topics in psychosomatics, the programme will explore cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) for psychosomatic disorders, taught by leading specialists at the International Institute of Psychosomatic Health. Participants will also be able to attend psychology symposia and round-table discussions focusing on individual, group, child, and adolescent psychotherapy.
Key Objectives of the Conference
- Systematisation and classification of psychosomatic phenomena;
- Providing information support for scientific research into psychosomatic disorders in medicine and psychology;
- Promoting the most effective approaches to pharmacological treatment and psychotherapy for patients with psychosomatic disorders;

In-person and online formats: attend the conference in person or join online from anywhere in the world, with access to video recordings of the sessions.
