About the conference
The Moscow International Engineering Forum (MIEF) is a key annual event for representatives of Russia’s engineering community, government authorities, science, education, and business.
The Forum has been held since 2013 on the initiative of the Moscow Confederation of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (Employers) with the support of the Moscow City Government. MIEF is included in the action plan of the Government of the Russian Federation aimed at enhancing the prestige of blue-collar and engineering professions (Executive Order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated March 5, 2015, No. 366-r) and is conducted in accordance with the program for the Decade of Science and Technology in the Russian Federation.
