Reset 2027: Point X - conference on apartment building management, changes in housing law and digital tools for property managers

The R1 Association’s year-end conference, Reset 2027: Point X, will take place on December 17–18, 2026, at the Saint Petersburg Hotel. It will bring together executives and specialists from property management companies, homeowners’ associations and housing cooperatives, along with industry experts.

Participants will discuss changes in Russian housing law and how property management companies can prepare to renew their licenses. The program also covers recent court decisions, the financial side of managing apartment buildings, debt collection, communication with homeowners and the use of digital tools and AI.

On the second day, property management companies will share what they have learned from putting new management practices and technologies to work. The conference will close with the final of the nationwide Leader of Change competition.
