St. Petersburg International Health Forum 2026 - healthcare conference

From 13 to 15 October 2026, the 14th St. Petersburg International Health Forum (SPIHF 2026, the Forum) will take place at the Expoforum Convention and Exhibition Centre in St. Petersburg. Held since 2013, the Forum is one of the leading congress and exhibition events dedicated to public health protection and the development of Russia’s healthcare system.

The Forum’s concept has been approved, and its business programme is structured around specific target audiences and divided across three days:

13 October — Dialogue with Government

Engagement with public authorities and discussion of strategies and solutions at the national level. The key event will be the plenary session, “Health Preservation as a Path to Active Longevity.”

14 October — Doctor–Specialist Day

A platform for the professional community to exchange experience and discuss innovations and best practices.

15 October — Doctor–Patient Day

Public engagement, consultations, educational activities and health awareness initiatives.

Each day of the Forum will offer a unique opportunity for dialogue, knowledge sharing and interaction among all stakeholders in the healthcare system.

In 2026, the exhibition area will cover more than 3,500 square metres.

The exhibition will feature the following thematic sections: medical technology, equipment and diagnostics; digitalisation and artificial intelligence; military medicine; medical rehabilitation; health for all; and professional development.

The SPIHF 2026 congress programme will comprise 13 thematic tracks. Its central event will be the plenary session, “Health Preservation as a Path to Active Longevity.” The Forum will address the most pressing challenges and future prospects of healthcare. Key topics will include combating cancer and cardiovascular diseases, strategies for preserving reproductive health, active longevity, the digitalisation of medicine, and the implementation of artificial intelligence.

Special attention will be given to innovations in surgery and their practical application, the development of military medicine in the 21st century, and the future of the healthcare sector.

SPIHF 2026 will bring together representatives of government authorities; scientific, educational, medical, health-resort and wellness organisations; small, medium-sized and large businesses; leading Russian and international experts in medicine, pharmaceuticals and information technology; and representatives of the wider cross-sectoral community.
