About the conference
RAEC Camp Urban: Business in Focus will take place on November 20, 2026, at HeadHunter’s office in Moscow. The one-day event will explore government support for small and medium-sized enterprises, access to funding and the legal aspects of business development. In-person and online participation will be available.
The programme will feature two tracks. The main track is intended for SME owners, executives and business teams, including technology companies, creative businesses and marketing agencies. The startup track will focus on the needs of technology founders, IT product leaders, legal technology professionals and managers.
Topics will include tax incentives, grants, subsidies and subsidised loans, intellectual property protection, trademarks and copyright, alongside support for Russian IT solutions. Sessions will also address personal data processing, regulatory and tax compliance, preparation for inspections by Russia’s communications regulator Roskomnadzor, business models and team management.
Participants will be able to engage with government representatives, RAEC experts and business professionals, explore practical case studies and receive legal resources for entrepreneurs. The programme will also include startup pitches, networking with more than 70 entrepreneurs and informal evening discussions with investors and senior executives.
