Russian Corporate Learning Forum 2026 - forum for HR and learning leaders on AI, learning technology and measuring the business impact of training

The Russian Corporate Learning Forum will take place on December 3, 2026, at the HSE Graduate School of Business in Moscow as part of the HR Directors Summit’s winter session. The forum is designed for HR leaders, learning and development teams, corporate university directors and education technology providers.

Drawing on company case studies, participants will explore how to connect learning platforms, content and HR processes, forecast skills needs and measure the impact of training on business performance. The program will also cover the transition to Russian learning management systems, the use of AI to create courses and personalize learning, and ways to support mentoring and knowledge sharing at work.

The forum will close with the 2026 SMART Pyramid Awards ceremony, recognizing achievements in employee learning and development. Award submissions are open until November 16.
