World quality day 2026 - forum on quality management and business efficiency

The "World Quality Day 2026" international forum will take place from November 9 to 13 in both in-person and online formats. In-person events will be held in Moscow at the NUST MISIS campus.

Organized by Roskachestvo for the seventh time, the forum focuses on quality management, improving business process efficiency, and sustainable development.

The event is aimed at business owners and executives; specialists in quality assurance, production systems, and food safety; engineers and technologists; government regulation experts; representatives of public authorities and professional associations; and students.

During plenary sessions, industry-specific sessions, seminars, and workshops, participants will discuss:

• quality strategies and their impact on business competitiveness;
• the use of data and digital technologies in quality management;
• new requirements for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, along with implementation and auditing practices;
• food safety at all stages—from raw materials to the consumer;
• service quality in the hospitality and convention/exhibition sectors;
• the development of a corporate quality culture and professional competencies.

In-person attendance requires advance registration (including passport details) and the presentation of a passport upon entry. Certain seminars and workshops are fee-based and will not be broadcast online.
