CAFEX EXPO 2027 - 14th exhibition for coffee, tea, beverage and foodservice professionals
About the exhibition
CAFEX 2027 will take place from 14 to 16 April 2027 at the Timiryazev Centre in Moscow. It is a trade exhibition for manufacturers and suppliers of coffee, tea, chocolate, beverages, equipment, ingredients and foodservice solutions, as well as owners and professionals from coffee shops, bakeries, cafés, bars, restaurants and quick-service businesses.
In 2027, Coffee Tea Cacao Expo and HORECA Expo will come together for the first time under the CAFEX brand. The exhibition is expected to bring together more than 250 exhibitors and partners and over 20,000 trade visitors.
The main exhibition sectors include:
- coffee, tea, cacao and chocolate;
- beverages, syrups, toppings and ingredients;
- bakery products, desserts and ready-to-eat food;
- food and gastronomy;
- equipment for coffee shops, restaurants, confectioneries and bakeries;

The CAFEX 2027 business programme will feature more than 200 events, including conferences and practical sessions, master classes, demonstrations, tastings, industry awards and professional championships for baristas, roasters, tea masters, bartenders and chocolatiers.
The exhibition is aimed at owners and managers of coffee shops, cafés, tea rooms, confectioneries, bakeries, restaurants and bars, as well as buyers, chefs, baristas, technologists, manufacturers, distributors and representatives of wholesale and retail companies.
