About the exhibition
Siberian Building Week 2027 is one of the largest industry events in Eastern Russia for professionals in the construction sector. The international exhibition and forum brings together manufacturers and suppliers of construction materials, equipment, engineering systems and machinery, as well as representatives of development, design, and construction companies from the Urals, Siberia, the Russian Far East, Belarus, and Asian countries.
The exhibition covers the entire construction cycle, from design and engineering preparation to finishing works and landscaping. Participants will showcase modern construction materials, tools, equipment, engineering solutions, and digital technologies for the building industry. Thanks to the thematic structure of the exhibition, visitors will be able to explore both innovative technologies and ready-to-use products and services for construction projects of various scales.
In 2027, special attention will be given to two key areas: Residential Construction and Industrial Development. Specialized exhibition zones will include:
- New Developments Exhibition – regional projects from leading federal and Siberian developers, featuring B2B meetings with suppliers, contractors, and potential business partners.
- Investment Projects Fair – B2B exhibition stands of major customers and operators of large industrial construction projects, including presentations of available regional sites and their industrial development potential.
- Contract Center – a dedicated B2B networking platform where suppliers, contractors, and manufacturers can hold meetings with representatives of development companies, industrial project owners, and procurement specialists.

Business program
The centerpiece of the business program will be the Siberian Construction Forum "Strategies for Accelerating Construction Growth." Key topics will include the development of the construction market, improvement of the contracting system, digital transformation of the industry, integrated territorial development, technical regulation, urban planning, housing and utility services, and workforce development.
The forum will bring together senior representatives of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation, the Main State Expertise Authority of Russia (Glavgosexpertiza), the Federal Treasury, the State Duma Committee on Construction and Housing and Utilities, the Russian Union of Builders, NOSTROY, and NOPRIZ.
The program will also feature the KreaCollab Designers Conference, the Masters Forum showcasing modern finishing and renovation technologies, a thematic lecture program, and business sessions hosted by manufacturers of construction materials, equipment suppliers, and industry partners of the exhibition.
The forum "Strategies for Accelerating Construction Growth" is organized by the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Novosibirsk Region, NOSTROY, NOPRIZ, the Russian Union of Builders, and ASONO.
