TNF 2026 - industrial and energy forum

The TNF Industrial and Energy Forum is a key federal event of Russia's oil and gas industry, to be held in Tyumen.

Over 10 years, TNF has grown from a regional forum into the main national platform for the fuel and energy sector, bringing together equipment manufacturers, subsoil users, IT developers, the scientific community and government representatives.

TNF is held in Tyumen — the technological hub of Russia's fuel and energy complex, home to leading oil and gas companies, research institutes and service organizations.

The forum's organizing committee was headed by Anton Alikhanov, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

TNF EXPO — the main B2B space of the fuel and energy sector

A demonstration business hub for solving practical problems in the fuel and energy sector: from technological to commercial issues.

This is a living environment where demonstrations and presentations, exchange of experience and negotiations take place continuously. It's a place for new contacts, collaborations, technological solutions and practices.

In 2025, the venue brought together 120 exhibitors, including companies from China, Belarus and Iran, and became the most visited zone of the forum.

Business program

The TNF 2026 business program is structured into thematic tracks and covers all key areas of the industry's development.

• September 14–15 — «Technologies and Digital Solutions in the Fuel and Energy Sector»

The focus is on industry development strategies, drilling, field infrastructure, new materials, digital transformation, the implementation of domestic IT solutions, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity.

• September 16 — strategic vectors for the development of the fuel and energy sector

A discussion of the industry's long-term prospects amid geopolitical constraints, the development of industrial clusters, import substitution and the role of the state. Representatives of the Russian government and top management of the largest oil and gas companies are expected to attend.

• September 17 — the «People» track

HR summit and Young Specialist Day. The forum's career hub focuses on staffing the fuel and energy sector and building the industry's professional talent pool.

TNF 2026 will continue to serve as a driver of technological sovereignty, bringing together business, government and the scientific community for the sustainable development of the country's fuel and energy complex.

TNF Technology Days

This is a special open-participation format of the forum aimed at establishing direct contact between customers and manufacturers of solutions for the fuel and energy sector. The platform creates conditions for substantive dialogue, where companies can present their developments to representatives of the largest oil and gas corporations without complex entry barriers.

The format is especially in demand among small and medium-sized businesses, for whom access to large customers is often limited. Over the years that Technology Days has been held, hundreds of applications have been submitted, and many participants have been able to build communication with potential partners and initiate further cooperation.

The TNF Industrial and Energy Forum will be held from September 14 to 17, 2026, in Tyumen, at the Tyumen Technopark.
