The Veronafiere Exhibition Centre is an organic combination of modern and functional facilities with high quality standards, climate-controlled and wired inside halls, outside exhibition areas, parking facilities inside and outside the grounds, services, catering facilities, Press Centre and Congress Centre. Visitors, exhibitors and the press benefit from all the services offered by Veronafiere: Business Meeting Point, Palaexpo, interpreting, secretariat, technical assistance, temporary office, banking services, cloakroom and baggage store, travel agency, bookings, check-in at the Exhibition Centre, transfer to/from city centre, airport and railway station. The Exhibition Centre boasts a very strategic position. The centre of Verona, the railway station and motorways are just a few minutes away, while Verona Catullo Airport is only 10 Km distant. Specific parking facilities are exclusively available to exhibitors, with many others for visitors. They are fully integrated by information points and public utility services. Entrances Differential entrance gates also have IT control systems to optimise entrance flows. The main reception points focus on the Cangrande and San Zeno gates (Viale del Lavoro). Traffic and transport services The square in front of the Cangrande entrance and other points suitably signposted during events are served by shuttle buses linking VeronaFiere to the railway station and the Airport. The exhibition centre also offers a heliport, car high services, taxi ranks, Airport check-in, offices of the main Italian and international airlines and a train ticket and booking office. Services Centre Exhibitors and visitors are supported by a huge range of services: international banks, currency exchange offices, business meeting points, fax transmission and photocopies, post office, telephone centres and public utilities (newsagents and tobacconists). During international events, Oriental visitors are also provided with a prayer area. Press Centre The new Press Centre in the Erbe Service Centre between halls 4 and 5 is equipped with PC workstations, Internet and e-mail, printers, fax and telephone lines. Services equally include temporary offices, conference halls with interpreting services, meeting rooms and a VIP lounge. Entrance is reserved to accredited journalists. Conference Centre Thirteen halls for a total of more than 1600 places. An Auditorium boasting 600 places and the possibility of setting up conference halls with a capacity of more than 2000 places. These ideal, modular and multi-function facilities can be adapted to meet all requirements. Parkings Veronafiere can rely on a series of large and easily accessed car parks for visitors arriving from the city or the motorway, located in the immediate vicinity of the Exhibition Centre Gates, such as: the multi-storey car park in Viale dell'Industria with 2,000 parking places the Re Teodorico Car Park, also in Viale dell'Industria, with a capacity of 1,400 places the new P3 Car Park (in the former Mercato Ortofrutticolo) in Viale del Lavoro, with 2,000 places In addition to the car parks located around the Exhibition Centre and organised in accordance with the needs of each event, Veronafiere can also rely on other parking facilities near the motorway and ring road exits ensuring a total capacity of 12,300 places.
