SKLADY ROSSII: ITOGHI GODA 2026 - 14th industry forum

«Sklady Rossii: itoghi goda!» — the 14th Industry Forum on Warehouse and Industrial Real Estate, bringing together market professionals from more than 50 cities across Russia in Moscow.

The forum will focus on the results of 2026, the current state of key market segments, promising growth opportunities, and development strategies for 2027–2028.

Participants will discuss:

• key performance indicators of Russia’s warehouse real estate market;
• new projects and transactions;
• the development of Class A warehouses, light industrial facilities, industrial parks, and multi-level industrial properties.

Special attention will be paid to warehouse construction, modern technologies, materials, and engineering solutions that help optimize costs and avoid costly mistakes during project implementation.

Warehouse and industrial facility safety will be another key topic of the forum. Experts will discuss current risks, active and passive fire protection measures, insurance and loss compensation, personnel safety, and the protection of existing facilities.

The same day will also feature the 2nd Industry Conference “Fire Safety: Warehouses and Industrial Real Estate.” The programme will conclude with informal networking and an evening reception.
