UrFRiO 2027 - forum for restaurateurs and hoteliers of the Ural region with a business program and business tours

The Ural Restaurateurs and Hoteliers Forum 2027 will take place in Chelyabinsk on March 31–April 1. The main venue will be the Grand Hotel Vidgof, 26A Lenina Prospekt. The annual event brings restaurant and hotel professionals together to exchange experience, address practical business challenges and develop partnerships.

The forum is intended for restaurant and hotel owners and managers, chefs, kitchen managers, and professionals working in HR, IT and tourism. Manufacturers, suppliers and service providers will have opportunities to present hospitality solutions and connect with industry decision-makers.

Business tours on March 31 will take participants to restaurants, hotels and other businesses in Chelyabinsk to explore their operations, financial performance, service standards and supplier relationships.
