DairyTech 2027 is an international exhibition of equipment and technologies for the dairy and food industry, which will be held for the 25th time. In 2027, the familiar industry venue for the dairy industry will expand its reach with a special FoodTech exposition, bringing together solutions for several areas of food production at once.

The new exposition will cover meat, poultry and fish processing, fat-and-oil production, and the production and bottling of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Alongside DairyTech's main sections, packaging and bottling, ingredients, engineering systems, automation and other technologies needed by food enterprises will be presented.

The exhibition's expansion makes it possible to look at food production beyond a single segment. The 2026 results demonstrate the format's practical value: 134 negotiations took place at the Retail Chain Procurement Center™, involving 29 major buyers and 24 exhibitors. According to the organizer, 93% of meetings ended with confirmed purchasing interest, and the potential procurement volume reached 4.58 billion rubles.
