About the exhibition
FOODIST Istanbul is held with the support of the Türkiye Food Platform, an alliance of Türkiye’s leading export associations and industry federations. The organizers aim to establish the project among the world’s three leading food industry exhibitions.
The exhibition combines the long-standing experience of TÜYAP Fairs and Exhibitions Organization with the international expertise of ALZ Group, creating one of the region’s largest professional platforms for the food industry.
As part of the international hosted buyer program, the exhibition is expected to welcome more than 1,000 professional buyers from over 100 countries.
