About the exhibition
GOTOVO 2027 is a specialized exhibition for the ready-to-eat food industry, bringing together manufacturers and suppliers of equipment, packaging solutions, ingredients and products for food production.
The exhibition will showcase food production and processing equipment, packaging solutions, ingredients and semi-finished products, frozen and ready-to-eat meals, as well as hygiene equipment and solutions for food manufacturing facilities.
Exhibitors will include Russian and international manufacturers and suppliers of equipment, packaging, food ingredients, finished products and technological solutions for the ready-to-eat food industry.
In 2026, GOTOVO featured a four-day business programme with representatives of leading companies from the food industry, retail and foodtech sectors. Participants included Ozon Fresh, X5, Azbuka Vkusa, VkusVill, Lenta, Magnit, Perekrestok, Yandex Lavka, Roskachestvo and other companies.
The programme also included a professional development project for food technologists, combining lectures with visits to operating central kitchens.
In 2027, GOTOVO will continue to serve as a professional platform for manufacturers, suppliers, technologists, retailers and foodservice companies.
