TNF 2025 - industrial Energy Forum

TNF Industrial Energy Forum, which over the past 10 years has become the principal venue for the oil and gas industry in Russia, brings together equipment and service manufacturers, subsoil users and agencies that shape the state industrial and technological policy.
The Organising Committee is headed by Anton Alikhanov, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

TNF 2024 became the main exhibition of the oil and gas industry, bringing together 12,000 participants representing over 1,500 companies. These included representatives of 97 subsoil user companies and their subsidiaries.

Delegations from foreign countries visit the Forum annually. Diplomatic and business missions from Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Egypt, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia are among them. Foreign delegations are also expected this year.

The key theme of TNF 2025 is ‘Technology Leadership: Joining Forces’

The forum's business program will focus on current industry challenges and the search for best practices in creating domestic technologies for hydrocarbon production and transportation and training qualified personnel for the fuel and energy sector. The forum will host ‘Technology Days of Oil and Gas Companies’, ‘Business Network Exchange’ and ‘HR Summit’.

Key events of TNF 2025:

The rich program of the Forum offers more than 100 events in four main thematic tracks.

September 15: ‘Human Capital’

• The topic emerged as a separate track in the Forum program for the first time. It will address the most important human resources issues for the industry today: attracting, retaining, developing employees and managing young people. In a situation of staff shortage it is impossible to achieve technological leadership without solving these challenges.
• That is why the ‘Human Capital’ track will not be limited to one day's work. It will also include the IV HR-Summit TNF 2025, and the topics of other days will be considered through the prism of HR issues.

September 16: ‘Technologies and Processes’

• The track is for technical specialists of oil and gas and related industries, industrialists and developers. Traditionally, it gathers the largest number of professionals and expert practitioners. It is on this day that practical case studies across different areas and innovative developments will be presented.
• The track will feature meetings of expert groups on the implementation of roadmaps for import substitution of critical equipment for onshore drilling and production, oil and gas chemistry, and geological exploration. The Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation supervise the work in this area.

September 17: ‘Strategies’.

• The central event of the day is the main plenary session ‘Technological Leadership: Joining Efforts’. It is traditionally attended by representatives of the Russian government at the level of deputy prime ministers and relevant ministers, heads of major companies from oil and gas and related industries.

September 18: ‘Digitisation in the Fuel and Energy Complex’

• The day focuses on industry-relevant topics of digitalisation and automation in oil and gas. One of the central topics will be AI in the fuel and energy sector.

The TNF 2025 Industrial and Energy Forum is organised by the Oil and Gas Cluster Association, which includes more than 192 companies from 26 constituent entities of the Russian Federation - manufacturers of products for the fuel and energy sector and oilfield service organisations.
