Siberian Food Week 2025 - exhibition of food, beverages, equipment, packaging and ingredients for food industry
About the exhibition
SFW 2025 (Siberian Food Week 2025) is the flagship international exhibition for food retail and HoReCa in the eastern part of Russia. More than 200 companies from 6 countries exhibit at SFW 2025 and offer their products to an audience of more than 7,000 professional visitors.
Siberian Food Week is a project with 16 years of experience, which annually proves its effectiveness as a platform for establishing business relations between representatives of the government, federal and regional retail chains and manufacturers, suppliers in the food industry.
Food, beverages, ingredients, equipment and packaging - everything required for business development in retail and HoReCa will be exhibited at SFW 2025. Companies from Russia, China, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan are expected to participate.
What's the point of interest at Siberian Food Week 2025?
The goods of any manufacturer or supplier that comes to SFW 2025 will reach the shelves of more than 30 federal and regional retailers, from Magnit to Yandex Lavka. Companies will also have a chance to negotiate with buyers at the Chain Procurement Centre.
Statistics show that Chain Procurement Centre participants conclude about 7 supply agreements, which significantly expands their markets.
Together with the exhibition, the Interregional Forum of Business and Government ‘’Retail Days in Siberia‘’ will take place. In 2024, the experts included officials from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Russian Association of Retail Market Experts, the Federation of Restaurateurs and Hoteliers of Russia, the Union of Trade Enterprises of Independent Chains of the Russian Federation, Magnit, Ozon, Wildberries, Artemy Lebedev Studio and many others.
Bakery Siberia Territory - the major industry event for bakery and confectionery production in Eastern Russia - will run during the exhibition. Baker and confectioner competitions, lectures and workshops from experts, selected exposition at the venue contribute to promoting bakery and confectionery skills, local brands and products.
The Golden Medal competition will be traditionally held as part of the exhibition. Experts will evaluate product samples in 17 categories: from foodstuffs to packaging and equipment.The project is supported by: the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Novosibirsk Region Government, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Novosibirsk Region, the Novosibirsk Mayor's Office, and the Russian Association of Retail Market Experts. The exhibition is hosted by ExpoEvents LLC.
