The Industrial and Energy Forum TNF is a key federal event of Russia’s oil and gas industry, taking place in Tyumen from September 14 to 17, 2026.
Over the past 10 years, TNF has evolved from a regional forum into the country’s leading national platform for the fuel and energy sector, bringing together equipment manufacturers, subsoil users, IT developers, research institutions, and government authorities.
TNF is held in Tyumen — the technological center of Russia’s fuel and energy complex, home to major oil and gas companies, research institutes, and service organizations.

TNF EXPO — the main B2B space of the fuel and energy sector
A demonstration business hub designed to solve practical challenges in the fuel and energy industry — from technological to commercial issues.
This is a dynamic environment featuring continuous demonstrations, presentations, experience exchange, and negotiations — a space for new contacts, collaborations, technological solutions, and best practices.
In 2025, the exhibition brought together 120 exhibitors, including companies from China, Belarus, and Iran, and became the most visited zone of the forum.

Business program
The TNF 2026 business agenda is structured into thematic tracks covering all key industry development areas.
- September 14–15 — “Technologies and Digital Solutions in the Fuel and Energy Sector”
Focus areas include industry development strategies, drilling, field infrastructure, new materials, digital transformation, implementation of domestic IT solutions, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity.
- September 16 — Strategic Vectors for Industry Development
Discussion of long-term industry prospects under geopolitical constraints, development of industrial clusters, import substitution, and the role of the state. Participation of Russian government representatives and top executives of major oil and gas companies is expected.
- September 17 — “People” Track
HR Summit and Young Professionals Day. The Forum’s career hub focuses on workforce development and talent pipeline formation for the industry.
TNF 2026 will continue to serve as a driver of technological sovereignty, uniting business, government, and academia for the sustainable development of the national fuel and energy complex.
TNF technology days
A special open-participation format within the Forum aimed at establishing direct contact between customers and solution providers for the fuel and energy sector. The platform enables meaningful dialogue, allowing companies to present their developments directly to representatives of major oil and gas corporations without complex entry barriers.
This format is particularly востребован among small and medium-sized enterprises, for whom access to major customers is often limited. Over the years, hundreds of applications have been submitted, and many participants have built communication with potential partners and initiated further cooperation.
