UtiliCon 2025 - international exhibition of housing and communal services and construction sector

From 11 to 14 November 2025, Crocus Expo IEC will host the 2nd International Exhibition of Housing, Utilities and Construction Sector UtiliCon - a flagship event that consolidates the best practices and advanced solutions in urban and communal services to promote the creation of new promising projects and enterprises in Russia and friendly countries.

The exhibition is supported by the Russian Ministry of Construction and top officials will participate in the event program; it will be part of the large-scale project ‘MEGAPOLIS EXPO: Technologies and Solutions for Modern Cities’, which brings together the leading industry events: UtiliCon (housing and utilities and building complex), Climate World (climate systems) and MITEX (tools and technologies). This is a synergy of opportunities for practitioners who create comfortable and sustainable environments, public spaces and, thanks to their daily professional efforts, make our cities even more livable.
