About the exhibition
The XI International Gingerbread Art Festival “World of Gingerbread” The event will bring together gingerbread artisans, manufacturers, industry professionals, experts and enthusiasts of traditional crafts.
The theme of the 2026 festival is “Craft in Gingerbread”. Participants will present different forms of gingerbread art and exchange experience in preserving and developing traditional gingerbread craftsmanship.
The festival programme includes:
- the World of Gingerbread International Gingerbread Art Competition;
- the Russian Stamped Gingerbread Championship;
- a professional competition for gingerbread mold and board makers;
- presentations by artisans and professional participants;
- expert and business programme events.
Over its 11-year history, the project has brought together 878 artisans from 226 cities and 18 countries, while the total number of festival visitors has reached 55,000.
