WorldFood Moscow is a professional industry exhibition that brings together food producers and suppliers with buyers from wholesale and retail chains and HoReCa. More than 1100 companies from 30 countries and more than 60 regions of Russia exhibit here every year.
In 2025, exhibitors will once again present their novelties and best products in 16 sections covering all product categories, including the Fruit and Vegetables category, which is represented so extensively only at WorldFood Moscow, as well as the Non-Food sector and business services.

The distinctive feature of WorldFood Moscow is the opportunity to cover two sales channels at once, retail and catering. And thanks to attendance of visitors from 78 countries, you can easily address the challenges of exporting your products.
More than 22500 professionals from wholesale (36%), retail (19%), manufacturing (17%) and catering companies (7%) visit the exhibition each year to find new suppliers.
Moreover, WorldFood Moscow 2025 will once again feature the 'Network Procurement Centre™: WorldFood Moscow platform', which last year resulted in 2,640 negotiations on product supplies. This led to 2,039 preliminary contracts being signed, and the total amount of supply contracts signed over two days exceeded 31 billion roubles.

Traditionally, WorldFood Moscow offers an extensive business program: over 50 events and more than 150 industry experts, opinion leaders and top managers of the largest companies will speak over 4 days. The 2025 program is just taking shape, however, 4 venues have already been identified that will attract the attention of professional visitors from different spheres.
At the Food Business Leaders Forum, top managers and heads of federal and regional retail chains in Russia will discuss the half-year results, trends and key changes in consumer behaviour, as well as opportunities for business adaptation to changing conditions.
As part of the WorldFood Retail Academy, marketers from manufacturing companies and category managers from retail chains will gain practical knowledge on product category development.
WorldFood HoReCa platform will feature leading experts of the catering industry addressing the issues of management and personnel policy, gastrotourism and territory development, as well as talking about the change of generations and transformation of formats.
The wide geography of WorldFood Moscow will be mirrored at the Culinary Marathon. For all 4 days of the exhibition, brand chefs and chefs from renowned restaurants will be cooking dishes showing the uniqueness of different regions of Russia and world cuisines.
