The 17th Ural Real Estate Forum 2025 - exhibition-forum

On November 18–19, the 17th Ural Real Estate Forum will take place at the Azimut Airport Hotel. This traditional industry event for the Ural region will become the center for discussing market trends and challenges.

The forum venue will bring together market analysts and experts, developers and builders, executives and specialists of real estate agencies, banks and insurance organizations — and this is far from a complete list of participants. Public associations and representatives of regional authorities will also be involved in the discussion.

In 2025, the forum will bring together 2,000 participants. The event will include 14 professional sections.

Discussions will cover topics related to new buildings and the secondary housing market, suburban and commercial real estate, marketing and design, as well as legal and mortgage issues. A separate section will be dedicated to resort and tourist real estate in Russia and the Sverdlovsk Region. It is worth noting that the development of domestic tourism is currently one of the state’s priority objectives.

Traditionally, the forum will include a market analytics section led by UPN analyst Mikhail Khorkov. A new feature will be a section on the use of AI in the work of real estate market specialists.

Forum participants and journalists will be able to attend a business breakfast with developers, moderated by Nikita Slovikovsky. Business tours of construction sites in the city and beyond are planned. There will also be guided excursions that will showcase the past and present of Yekaterinburg through the lens of the city’s real estate.

The event will feature 9 master classes, where participants will be able to acquire basic NLP skills and learn new negotiation techniques.

A Plenary Discussion and a press conference are scheduled. The goal of the forum is to bring together on one platform realtors of the Ural region and developers, representatives of construction and contracting organizations, banks and insurance companies. Experts will discuss how the real estate market evolved under conditions of a high key rate and adjustments to preferential mortgage programs, and what changes lie ahead.

“The residential real estate market in Yekaterinburg in the autumn of 2025 is entering a phase of mature stability after several years of turbulence and sharp fluctuations. The key trend has been the balancing of supply and demand, which has led to stable pricing indicators. Buyers, tired of the excitement of previous years, have become more thoughtful and selective, while developers and sellers on the secondary market are forced to adapt to new realities,” noted Vasily Oleynikov, President of the Ural Chamber of Real Estate (UPN).

According to UPN analyst Mikhail Khorkov, approximately 2,500 apartments were sold in new buildings in August 2025. The Yekaterinburg market continues to show a recovery in new-build sales after stagnation in the first half of the year. In autumn 2025, the volume of current construction in the city reached a record 5.4 million square meters. According to the analytical platform bnMAP.pro, September 2025 sales results in Yekaterinburg were 26% higher than in September of the previous year. Third-quarter 2025 figures were 44% higher than the same period in the previous year.

It is worth recalling that last year the forum brought together 2,000 participants in an area of over 1,000 square meters, including 150 speakers, 1,040 realtors and 114 real estate agency directors. Despite the professional focus of the event, 250 people attended the general session simultaneously.
