How is the real estate market changing, and what tools will help market participants adapt to the new conditions? These questions will be on the agenda of the 18th Ural Real Estate Forum, "Codes of Success," taking place in Yekaterinburg on November 18–19, 2026. The forum and exhibition will bring together over 1,500 industry professionals, including real estate agents, agency executives, developers, investors, and representatives from the banking sector and relevant industry organizations.
Business program: from market analytics to artificial intelligence
The forum is organized by the Ural Real Estate Chamber Association. The event is held with the official support of the Russian Guild of Realtors, the Ministry of Construction and Infrastructure Development of the Sverdlovsk Region, the Yekaterinburg Administration, the Notary Chamber of the Sverdlovsk Region, and the Sverdlovsk Region Office of Rosreestr.
The business program covers key areas of the real estate market—ranging from working with various segments to agency development and the implementation of new technologies. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss pressing industry issues, exchange professional experience, and explore practical tools for operating in changing market conditions.
The program will feature the following thematic sessions:
- Suburban real estate — issues related to the private housing and land plot segment.
- Commercial real estate and investment projects — development trends for commercial properties and investment opportunities.
- Dialogue with developers — interaction between real estate agencies and property developers.
- Marketing and advertising — tools for service promotion and brand development in the real estate market.
- Legal support for real estate agents — legal aspects of professional practice.
- Analytics session — examination of market trends and current processes.
- Realtor technologies — specific topics for agents and managers, as well as the use of digital services and artificial intelligence in professional work.
Also planned are a panel discussion, a press conference, and over five masterclasses led by business coaches. This format allows for a multifaceted examination of industry issues, covering everything from strategic decisions made by executives to the day-to-day tasks of real estate professionals.
Cooperation and development of the professional community
One of the forum's objectives is to foster collaboration among the real estate community, developers, banks, insurance companies, and government authorities. Key areas of focus include the challenges facing real estate agencies, enhancing professional efficiency, adopting new tools, and strengthening professional standards.
The forum-exhibition format offers not only business presentations but also opportunities for direct interaction among industry representatives. For companies operating in the real estate market and related sectors, the event serves as a platform to showcase solutions, establish business contacts, and discuss potential collaborations.
