The 100+ TechnoBuild International Forum and Exhibition will take place from September 29 to October 2, 2026, at the IEC “Yekaterinburg-EXPO”. The event will bring together professionals from real estate development, architecture, design, construction, building materials and equipment manufacturing, digital technologies, and urban infrastructure.

This year's theme is “The Home of the Future.” The exhibition will cover architecture and real estate development, construction technologies, BIM, digital solutions, specialized equipment, and interior design. Organizers expect more than 600 exhibitors, 30,000 visitors, and over 40,000 sq. m of exhibition space.

Architecture, Digitalization and Urban Development

Modern architecture and design will be among the key topics of the 100+ TechnoBuild 2026 business program. Participants will discuss educational spaces, university campuses, recreational facilities, territorial development, and new approaches to creating a modern urban environment.

Another major focus will be construction digitalization. The forum will host the 9th Russian BIM Technologies Forum, along with sessions dedicated to BIM, artificial intelligence, digital models, domestic software, and construction process management.

The exhibition will showcase technologies and equipment for design and construction, digital platforms and services, automation solutions, as well as construction and specialized machinery.

100+ AWARDS: 92 Projects Shortlisted

One of the key events of the forum will be the presentation of the 100+ AWARDS, an All-Russian engineering and architecture prize. In 2026, 92 projects in 18 categories were shortlisted from more than 200 submissions.

The finalists include projects in public and industrial architecture, renovation, engineering infrastructure, and urban development. For the first time, a special “Architect of the Future” award will be presented, reflecting the forum's main theme.

The 100+ AWARDS winners will be announced on September 30 as part of 100+ TechnoBuild.

Overall, the business program will cover industrial area redevelopment, transport planning, industrial real estate, master planning, construction expertise, engineering solutions, smart cities, and territorial development.
