On September 22, Expomap hosted the webinar “AI in Business Event Marketing: How to Reduce Routine Tasks, Empower Specialists, and Test Hypotheses Faster”, where participants discussed how artificial intelligence tools can already support the daily work of event marketers.
Together with the participants, we explored where neural networks can truly save time, which tasks can be delegated to AI, and how to use technology not just for experimentation, but to solve specific business challenges.
During the webinar, we discussed the use of artificial intelligence at different stages of event preparation and promotion:
- generating ideas and developing an event concept;
- audience analysis and preparation of marketing materials;
- creating content for websites, email campaigns, and social media;
- working with hypotheses and preparing advertising solutions;
- automating repetitive tasks.
Special attention was paid to the fact that the quality of results directly depends on how clearly the task is formulated. A neural network can become a powerful assistant for a specialist, but it requires clear input, verification, and adaptation to a specific business context.
AI is not a replacement for a specialist. It is a tool that helps test ideas faster, reduce routine tasks, and dedicate more time to areas where experience and expertise matter.
The webinar brought together professionals involved in promoting business events who wanted to better understand the capabilities of new AI tools.
