Knives, artisan creations, and works by master craftsmen

"Klinok: Tradition and Modernity" is a sales exhibition dedicated to the art of knife-making and edged weapons. Participants range from well-known manufacturers to small workshops, all showcasing their own original designs and handcrafted pieces.

The exhibition will feature a variety of product categories:

  • knives—including kitchen, outdoor, hunting, and collector's models;
  • bespoke and artistic edged weapons;
  • shashkas and sabers;
  • axes and battle-axes;
  • other items rooted in the traditions of blade craftsmanship.

The event will appeal to collectors, knife enthusiasts, industry professionals, and anyone interested in exploring the work of Russian manufacturers and artisans. Special emphasis is placed on product design, materials, and manufacturing techniques.

Contests, challenges, and show program

In addition to the exhibition itself, the organizers traditionally prepare a program featuring blade-related contests and performance tests, stage productions, and live performances. Past events have featured popular attractions such as a throwing range, a cooking demonstration, and axe-throwing competitions.

Thus, "Klinok" combines exhibition and retail elements with demonstrations of craftsmanship and spectacular events. Visitors can not only explore the exhibitors' products but also experience various facets of the culture surrounding the art of blades.

The project’s history dates back to the late 1990s. The inaugural exhibition took place in 2000, and over time, the event has become a regular gathering place for manufacturers, craftsmen, and enthusiasts of the knife world.
