Logitrans 2026 in Istanbul: logistics from Europe, Asia, and the Middle East to converge at a single venue

Istanbul will once again host a gathering of global transport and logistics industry players. The Logitrans international exhibition will take place from November 11 to 13, 2026, at the Yenikapı Avrasya Show and Art Center, showcasing solutions for road, rail, maritime, and air transport, as well as supply chain management and digital logistics.

Logitrans 2026: an international platform for the transport industry

Logitrans is part of the global *transport logistic* exhibition network, serving as its Turkish venue. The country’s geographic position between Europe and Asia makes Istanbul a key hub for international freight flows, while the exhibition itself acts as a platform for professional networking among companies from diverse regions.

In 2025, Logitrans brought together over 230 companies from 22 countries and more than 16,000 visitors from 66 countries. According to the organizers, a significant number of the 2025 participants have already booked space for the upcoming exhibition.

Logitrans’s international presence is set to expand further in 2026. National pavilions from Germany, the Czech Republic, Spain, and Greece are expected in Istanbul. Confirmed participants include ÖBB Rail Cargo, the Port of Barcelona, the Port of Trieste, Grimaldi, TITR, Shell, and Chapman Freeborn, alongside major Turkish companies from the transport and logistics sector.

Air cargo transportation is taking center stage

Air cargo will be a key theme at Logitrans 2026. According to IATA data cited by the organizers, global demand for international air freight rose by 4.7% year-on-year in July 2026. In Turkey, the volume of air-transported exports has grown by 150% over the last decade.

The growth of e-commerce, shifting trade routes, and supply chain restructuring are driving demand for speed, transparency, and cargo traceability. Consequently, alongside traditional transport services, digitalization, multimodal integration, and logistics management solutions are becoming increasingly important.

At Logitrans, the air cargo segment will be showcased in the dedicated "Air Cargo Turkey" section. This area will bring together airlines and airports, cargo terminals, express and courier services, ground handling operators, warehousing companies, charter brokers, and specialized technology providers.

From road transport to digital logistics

The Logitrans exhibition covers key sectors of the transport and logistics industry, including road, rail, maritime, and air freight; freight forwarding; warehouse logistics; terminals and cargo hubs; and containers and transport equipment.

Dedicated thematic sections focus on road freight (Truck & Trailer Turkey), air cargo (Air Cargo Turkey), and rail transport (Rail Cargo Turkey). The exhibition also showcases IT systems, transport and supply chain management solutions, e-commerce and fulfillment technologies, and solutions for the cold chain and temperature-controlled transport.

The organizers place special emphasis on the development of intermodal transport and transport corridors. This topic is of particular importance to Turkey given the expansion of routes connecting Europe and Asia—including the Middle Corridor, rail links, and Ro-Ro services.

The organizers place special emphasis on B2B interaction. Participants will be able to seek out new clients and partners, discuss entering regional markets, and establish business connections with logistics industry representatives from various countries.
