MIPIF to Take Place in Moscow on September 26–27, Focusing on Income-Generating Real Estate and Investment

On September 26–27, 2026, Moscow will host MIPIF, an international exhibition dedicated to overseas, resort, commercial and income-generating real estate. The event will take place at the Safmar Aurora Luxe Hotel on Petrovka Street.

The exhibition will bring together projects for a variety of investment goals — from purchasing resort and overseas properties to investing in commercial real estate. Developers, brokers, legal and financial consultants, as well as service providers supporting international transactions, will also be represented at the event.

Real Estate for Different Investment Strategies

Overseas real estate will be one of the key areas of MIPIF. Visitors will be able to explore opportunities across different markets and assess not only property prices, but also potential returns, legal aspects of purchasing real estate and the prospects of specific locations.

A separate section will focus on Russian resort real estate. The program will feature Altai, Crimea, Krasnodar Region, Kaliningrad, Pyatigorsk, Kislovodsk, Dombay and other destinations.

Experts will discuss which resort markets retain growth potential, how property management affects investment returns, and where property prices may already be outpacing their investment potential.

Commercial Properties and Residence Permit Programs

The commercial real estate segment will cover formats accessible to private investors — including self-storage, street retail and hotel units — as well as larger assets such as income-generating properties, office buildings, retail premises and investment hotels.

The Moscow program will also focus on residence permits and citizenship. The official website lists Cyprus permanent residency, the Greece Golden Visa, citizenship programs in Türkiye, Vanuatu and São Tomé and Príncipe among the available options, with more than 50 residence permit programs across Europe and other regions.

Another topic will be the relationship between geopolitics and the real estate market. Experts will examine how political decisions, restrictions on foreign buyers and changes in investment regulations affect the attractiveness of different countries.

Investment Solutions in One Place

The exhibition will be complemented by expert presentations and roundtable discussions. Participants will be able to explore topics such as calculating investment returns, selecting properties, legal procedures, international payments and taxation.

MIPIF is developing as a series of events for investors and real estate professionals. Since 2019, the organizers have held 47 international exhibitions, bringing together 578+ developers and agencies from 35 countries and regions of Russia, while the project's total audience has exceeded 70,000 people.
