On September 22–23, 2026, St. Petersburg will host MIPIF, an international exhibition and conference dedicated to overseas, resort and income-generating real estate. The event will take place at Four Seasons Hotel Lion Palace St. Petersburg.
The event will bring together investors, developers, brokers, lawyers and representatives of service companies. Visitors will be able to explore investment projects, receive legal and financial advice, and compare different real estate investment strategies.
What Will Be Presented at MIPIF
The key areas of focus will include overseas and resort real estate, commercial properties, and premium- and business-class projects.
International destinations represented at the exhibition will include the UAE, Thailand, Türkiye, Cyprus, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Germany, France and other countries. The Russian market will be represented by projects in Sochi, Gelendzhik, Altai, Kaliningrad and Crimea.

Russian resort real estate will be considered as a separate investment segment. The focus will be on Sochi, Crimea, Kaliningrad, Altai, the Caucasian Mineral Waters region and other tourist destinations.
