From September 16 to 18, 2026, Crocus Expo IEC will host the 31st International Exhibition Mir Detstva 2026. The event will traditionally bring together manufacturers and suppliers of children’s products with representatives of retail chains, wholesale companies, and online platforms.
Around 400 companies are expected to participate this year, while the business program will feature more than 40 events. The exhibition will give industry professionals an opportunity to discover new market products, evaluate the latest offerings, and discuss cooperation terms directly with manufacturers and suppliers.
What will be presented at Mir Detstva
The exhibition will cover the key segments of the children’s goods industry: products for newborns and toddlers, toys and games, arts and crafts, hobbies and modeling, products for active recreation and playgrounds, children’s and school nutrition, as well as other product categories for children.
For trade visitors, the exhibition will provide an opportunity to discover new products before they become widely available in retail, compare offers from different manufacturers, and find solutions for expanding their product range.

Trend quest around the exhibition
One of the special formats of the business program will be the trend quest with Mister X. Participants will take a guided tour of the exhibition, test children’s products, and join an expert in exploring solutions that can help create an in-demand product range.
Special attention will also be paid to Russian-made toys. The program will include the thematic showcase “Native Toy: Aesthetics as a Lifestyle” and a panel discussion on the development of domestic production and the role of toys in children’s upbringing.
More than 40 events for industry professionals
The business program will address practical issues facing the industry, including the development of children’s retail, merchandising, sales, product labeling, product safety, cooperation with marketplaces, franchising, and international markets.
As part of the EXPO Academy project, seminars and expert sessions will be held for manufacturers, suppliers, and retailers. In particular, experts will discuss growth strategies amid competition with marketplaces, changes in children’s retail, and tools for increasing sales without expanding budgets.

Business with Asia and new market requirements
A separate forum will focus on cooperation between Russian companies and Asian countries. The program will cover promising niches for children’s goods manufacturers, settlements with international partners, production and procurement, quality control, digital exports, and the development of joint projects.
Another practical topic will be the labeling of children’s products, clothing, and footwear. Representatives of the Center for Research in Perspective Technologies (CRPT) will present the current roadmap and requirements of the state product labeling system.
The CJF – Child and Junior Fashion 2026. Autumn exhibition will take place alongside Mir Detstva 2026, allowing industry professionals to explore both the children’s goods market and the latest offerings from the fashion industry in a single visit.
The full event program and up-to-date schedule are available on the exhibition’s official website.
