From major building renovations to street cleaning and courtyard improvements, UtiliCon 2026 will bring these tasks together. The 3rd International Exhibition of Services, Technologies and Materials for Housing, Utilities and Construction will take place on November 10–13 at Crocus Expo in Moscow. The exhibition will be complemented by discussions on modernising utility infrastructure, managing housing stock and developing urban environments.
The exhibition is supported by the Russian Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities and forms part of the “MEGAPOLIS EXPO: Technologies and Solutions for Modern Cities” project. Its scope covers different stages of a facility’s lifecycle: construction, upgrading utility networks, building operation and maintaining surrounding grounds.
Materials and Machinery for Construction and Maintenance
The exhibition will feature construction and finishing materials, roofing and waterproofing coverings, facade solutions and flexible connectors for gas equipment. A separate product category will cover concealed service access hatches for walls, floors, roofs and outdoor spaces.
For municipal services and facility maintenance organisations, exhibitors will present:
- compact municipal and construction machinery with attachments;
- watering and washing systems and modules for multipurpose road maintenance vehicles;
- sewer cleaning systems;
- mechanised ice removal equipment;
- anti-slip step coverings and cladding panels for entrance areas.
The landscaping section will bring together street furniture, playgrounds and sports facilities, planting stock from Russian nurseries, and solutions for urban greening and public space planning.
