How can furniture companies grow sales and plan their operations for 2027? These questions will shape the business programme of Mebel 2026, taking place on November 23–26 at Crocus Expo International Exhibition Centre. Conferences and discussions will cover the entire furniture business value chain, from wood processing to selling finished products.
The programme will bring together four venues in Pavilion 3: “Forest Dialogue” in Hall 13, “Sales Formula” in Hall 14, and “Business Formula” and “Design Formula” in Hall 15.
Sales and the Outlook for the Furniture Business
On November 23 at 11:00, the business programme will open with the 10th All-Russian Conference of Furniture Manufacturers, organised by the Association of Furniture and Woodworking Enterprises of Russia and EXPOCENTRE. The conference will be moderated by Timur Irtuganov, the Association’s Director General.
On the same day, the “Sales Formula” venue will host the conference “Furniture Business the Russian Way 2026. Furniture Companies Have No Customers, Sales Have Fallen and Money Has Run Out — What Will We Do in 2027?” The event partner is MIR. Furniture. Investment. Retail, and the moderator is its founder, Alexey Lopukhin.

On November 24 and 25, the same venue will host the Furniture Retail Festival. Discussions will focus on balancing sales across channels so that disruption in one channel does not bring the business to a halt. The festival is organised by FCProject and moderated by Valeria Zelinskaya and Maria Gagloeva of FCP Media.
Forest Product Markets and Raw Material Prices
Alongside the LDM equipment salon, the exhibition programme will include the two-day “Forest Product Markets 2026” conference for the first time. Organised by the ProDerevo portal, it will be moderated by Mikhail Dmitriev.
The first day will focus on the domestic market, the results of 2026 and the outlook for 2027. The second day will examine global markets, including China, the Middle East and North Africa, and Central Asia, as well as Russia’s position in global competition. The raw material price forecast for 2027 will be a separate topic.
Design: Lectures, Discussions and an Industry Award
The “Design Formula” venue will host “Design Hour”, a marathon of lectures, discussions and trend-focused exhibition tours organised by the ArchDialog agency. Svetlana Kotlukova will moderate the programme.
On November 26 at 12:00, the business programme will conclude with the awards ceremony for the winners of the 22nd Golden Cabriole National Award for Industrial Furniture Design.
