OTDYKH Leisure: A Route for Those Who Want to Make the Most of It

From September 2 to 4, 2026, the OTDYKH Leisure exhibition and forum will take place. Over the course of three days, more than 150 exhibitors will be present at the venue, while the business program will feature over 40 sessions addressing current issues in tourism development.

To meet exhibitors and attend relevant business program events, the organizers recommend planning your itinerary in advance and, if possible, setting aside at least two days to visit the exhibition.

The forum program will feature more than 40 sessions. Speakers will include representatives of the Russian Union of Travel Industry (RUTI), the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR), Sberbank, the Azerbaijan Tourism Board, the Altai Territory Tourist Information Center, the Tretyakov Gallery, Mantera Group, Hybrid Metaverse, Ozon Travel, Avito Travel, Doninturflot, MGIMO University, RANEPA, Romir, Atom-Holding, as well as travel bloggers and other experts.

The events will cover the development of tourist destinations, the role of culture and gastronomy in attracting travelers, new tourism products, and other areas of the industry.

Which Sessions to Attend at the Exhibition

On September 2, from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm, the session “Predessert: Gastronomic Spaces, the Economy of Emotions, and the Cultural Ambitions of Places and Territories” will take place. Participants will explore projects at the intersection of culture and gastronomy that complement the concepts of hotels, museums, and galleries. The session will also include a tasting featuring treats from a pastry chef.

On September 3, from 2:30 pm to 3:20 pm, the session “Culture in the Plus: Cultural Sites as Destination Assets” will take place. The discussion will focus on museums, estates, art spaces, and other cultural venues as tools for enhancing the tourism appeal of destinations.

How to Plan Your Visit to OTDYKH Leisure

Visitors can combine exploring the exhibition with attending selected business program events. The first day can be dedicated to meeting exhibitors, collecting contacts, and holding initial discussions, while the second can be reserved for scheduled meetings and more detailed conversations with potential partners.

This is just one possible itinerary: visitors can create their own schedule depending on their professional goals and areas of interest.
