On September 29–30, 2026, the Timiryazev Center exhibition complex in Moscow will host the 1st All-Russian Exhibition and Conference "Quality of Life Management Technologies"—a new industry event dedicated to modern solutions for the urban environment, the housing and utilities sector, construction, and Smart City initiatives. The exhibition will take place in the same pavilion as the 5th All-Russian Forum on Urban Improvement "Import Substitution: Made in Russia" and the 5th All-Russian Gathering of Park Directors.
This combination creates a unique platform where visitors can discover Russian-made technologies, find suppliers and business partners, discuss current industry challenges, and explore solutions for specific infrastructure projects — from public-space improvement and landscaping to engineering systems and digital urban management.
Exhibition + Forum: synergy for real-world projects
The key advantage of this combined project is the opportunity to see the market from different perspectives. The exhibition showcases specific products, equipment, and technologies, while the “Import Substitution. Made in Russia” Forum provides a platform for discussing industry challenges, domestic manufacturing, and the practical application of Russian-made solutions.
For customers and project owners, this means they can go beyond simply exploring individual products and develop comprehensive solutions for their facilities: select equipment and materials, find reliable suppliers, discuss technical requirements, and at the same time learn about modern approaches to urban improvement and infrastructure management.
The organizers position the combined project as a B2G and B2B platform connecting manufacturers with government and commercial customers. It brings together companies offering practical solutions and professionals responsible for project implementation and investment decisions.
What will be presented at the exhibition?
The exhibition will cover the key areas of development in modern urban infrastructure:
- urban landscaping and amenities — playgrounds and sports areas, small architectural forms, landscaping, irrigation systems, outdoor lighting, transport infrastructure;
- municipal maintenance and cleaning equipment — small-scale machinery, heavy-duty vehicles, main-road maintenance vehicles, eco-friendly equipment, and attachments;
- engineering systems and utilities — elevators, heating and climate control, water supply and sanitation, power supply and energy efficiency;
- construction materials and equipment — road and pedestrian surfacing, roofing and facade systems, insulation, windows, and doors;
- Smart City and digital housing & utilities — municipal management platforms, digitalization for developers and property management companies, security systems, and financial services for the housing and utilities sector.
Business program: practical solutions for the city
A business program will be an integral part of the event. Experts will discuss current trends in urban environment development and landscaping, as well as share practical case studies.
Particular emphasis will be placed on import substitution within the landscaping sector: the specifics of working with Russian manufacturers, the advantages and challenges of switching to domestic solutions, and opportunities for exporting products to partner countries.
Attendance at the forum and open business program events is free for industry professionals, commercial enterprises, contractors, and representatives of government agencies, subject to prior registration. A visitor ticket grants access to both the exhibition and the open business program events throughout the entire duration of the event.
