Exhibition Hall Lease INTEX has a space of 12000 sqm on two floors, equipped with various kinds of auxiliary service facilities including different sizes of meeting rooms, multi-functional conference rooms, and VIP room; advanced wideband network, projection installations, broadcast audio facility, digital monitoring equipment and business center, fast food restaurant, coffee bar, convenience shop, etc. Since the center is located in downtown, together with so many 4 or 5 star hotels, business buildings, leisure facilities and convenient transportation surrounded, has formed a mature business area for holding exhibitions. There are approximately 50 exhibitions held in INTEX Shanghai every year, most of which are international or trade shows. Hall Management Export Building on its strength of advanced management concept and professional staff, in 2003, Intex Shanghai joined forces with Shanghai International Exhibition Co., Ltd. and Ningbo New Shanghai International Property Management Co., Ltd. to set up a management company and commissioned by the Ningbo Government to run and operate Ningbo International Conference & Exhibition Center, providing the complete set of management export with the core of ISO9001. In 2006, Intex Shanghai joined forces with Hongkong Exhibition and Convention Venue Management China Limited to build up the management company to operate Zhengzhou International Convention & Exhibition Center.
