About the venue
Status: As of July 2026, the Olympic Sports Complex is closed for extensive reconstruction. The venue is temporarily unavailable for hosting exhibitions, congresses, concerts, and other mass events. Once the reconstruction is completed, the complex will once again serve as a multifunctional center for sports, cultural, and business events.
The Olympic Sports Complex is one of Russia's largest multifunctional complexes, opened for the 1980 Summer Olympics. Over the years, the venue has hosted international exhibitions, forums, concerts, sports competitions, and corporate events. Due to its central location and extensive infrastructure, the complex was one of Moscow's key venues for various events.
