Palmira Business Club is a business hotel in Moscow offering multifunctional MICE facilities for conferences, seminars, business meetings, exhibitions, presentations, and corporate events. The hotel’s conference facilities are suitable for both small-scale events and larger gatherings of up to 350 participants.
The conference complex is centered around three transformable halls: Palmira I, measuring 190 m² and accommodating up to 140 people; Palmira II, measuring 147 m² and accommodating up to 140 people depending on the seating arrangement; and Palmira III, measuring 130 m² and accommodating up to 100 people. The halls can be combined into the Palmira I+II+III multifunctional venue with a total area of 467 m², suitable for events of up to 350 participants.
Additional facilities include a spacious foyer of approximately 270 m² for guest registration, coffee breaks, and networking, as well as a panoramic 62 m² meeting room for 20–25 people. The conference spaces are equipped with Wi-Fi, sound equipment, screens, and audio and video recording facilities. The hotel also offers a secure three-level parking facility and on-site accommodation for event participants.
