Outsourcing EVOLUTION 6.0 2026 - industry conference on outsourcing for entrepreneurs
About the conference
“Outsourcing EVOLUTION 6.0” is an industry conference for entrepreneurs and teams working in the outsourcing sector. The programme focuses on the issues that have a direct impact on business: adapting to market and regulatory changes, maintaining profitability, attracting and retaining contractors, building effective sales processes, and leveraging automation and AI.
The programme is built around practical insights from experienced outsourcing professionals, real-world case studies, and actionable solutions that can be applied directly to your business.
Two Stages — for Owners and Teams
This year, for the first time, the conference programme will run simultaneously across two dedicated stages.
The first stage is designed for outsourcing company owners. Key topics will include major market developments, the tax experiment aimed at bringing the sector into compliance, the platform economy law, the development of compliant outsourcing practices, business security, and the experience of companies already adapting their operations to the new environment.
The second stage is dedicated to outsourcing teams. Heads of recruitment, operations, and sales departments, as well as managers handling staffing requests for 300–500 people, will share their experience. They will discuss reducing contractor acquisition costs, improving retention, developing sales, and building referral-based recruitment systems.
The two-stage format allows owners and their teams to explore different levels of outsourcing business development simultaneously — from strategy and regulation to day-to-day recruitment, operations, and sales.
20 Industry Practitioners
The stages of Outsourcing EVOLUTION 6.0 will feature 20 industry practitioners who work with outsourcing on a daily basis rather than simply discussing it in theory:
- market leaders with experience deploying up to 10,000 contractors;
- HR directors of major client companies that use outsourced frontline workforce services;
- government representatives involved in developing the platform economy law;
- experts in employment law and labor outsourcing.
What Makes Outsourcing EVOLUTION 6.0 Different?
One of the conference’s key values is its professional community of outsourcing company owners. 60% of the audience consists of returning participants, many of whom have attended the conference since 2022. This creates an environment not only for new connections, but also for open exchange of experience among entrepreneurs from different regions of Russia.
Industry case studies are at the heart of the programme. Speakers include outsourcing entrepreneurs with annual revenues of RUB 1 billion or more who have built their companies from the ground up and navigated different stages of the market. Their presentations focus on specific solutions, mistakes, and results rather than general theory.
Panel discussions will address some of the industry’s most pressing issues, including changes following the entry into force of the platform economy law, interim results of the tax experiment aimed at bringing the sector into compliance, and their impact on outsourcing companies. Participants will have the opportunity not only to hear expert perspectives but also to join the discussion.
Another distinctive feature of the conference is its dedicated programme for outsourcing teams. Over two days, recruitment, operations, and sales specialists will explore professional tools and practices designed to help them work more effectively with contractors and clients.
