About the conference
CorpSport-2026 is an annual all-Russian forum dedicated to the development of corporate sports and employee physical well-being programs. Company executives, HR and internal communications specialists, representatives from the sports industry, and solution providers will gather to discuss how to integrate sports into corporate culture and evaluate their tangible business value.
The forum will take place on November 13, 2026, at the "Business.Technograd" venue at VDNKh in Moscow. The program features presentations by expert practitioners, thematic discussions, masterclasses, and case studies from major Russian companies. Key topics include measuring the effectiveness of sports programs, the impact of sports on employee engagement and loyalty, strengthening the HR brand, scaling initiatives across regions, and developing student sports.
Special attention will be given to digital platforms, innovative employee engagement formats, and the integration of corporate sports programs with a company’s HR, finance, and technology departments. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore industry-specific services and solutions in an exhibition space spanning approximately 2,000 square meters, exchange experiences, and find partners for their own projects.
The event will also host the awards ceremony for the 5th National Corporate Sports Development Award. In 2026, the award will be presented across 23 categories. Past winners include major organizations such as Russian Railways (RZD), Gazprom Neft, Sber, Severstal, PSB, Magnit Logistics, and MTS Fintech, among others.
