The 17th International Retail and HoReCa Exhibition Siberian Food Week 2026 will take place at the Novosibirsk Expocentre, bringing together key market players from Russia, South Korea, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Belarus, China and other countries.
More than 8,000 visitors are expected, including representatives of the HoReCa and retail sectors, food manufacturers, as well as federal and regional government officials.
The main goals of participation are signing supply contracts, conducting wholesale закупки, developing collaborations, and building partnership relationships. According to previous years’ results, 89% of visitors successfully achieved their business objectives: finding new partners and suppliers, engaging in effective networking and gaining up-to-date market insights.
The exhibition will feature over 200 exhibitors presenting food products, beverages, ingredients, packaging solutions and equipment. According to surveys, 96% of participants established new business contacts, 97% are ready to recommend the event to partners, 89% achieved their goals and 85% attracted new clients.
Key events of the exhibition:
- Retailers Forum — a business platform featuring leading experts from across the country, covering current trends in retail, the restaurant industry, marketing, IT solutions, logistics, and category management.
- “POLKA” retail purchasing center — an updated platform for procurement sessions at Siberian Food Week will become one of the key attractions of the exhibition. Representatives of 33 retail chains and marketplaces, including Lenta, Magnit, Yarche, Auchan, and others, will take part in negotiations. Manufacturers and suppliers, including SMEs, will have the opportunity to conduct direct negotiations with buyers and place their products on retail shelves within two weeks after the exhibition.
- Tasting competition “Golden Medal” — more than 65 product samples will be evaluated by an expert jury led by Sergey Gubin, an expert from the Novosibirsk Center for Certification and Product Quality Monitoring.
- “Siberian Chefs” area — masterclasses, lectures, and competitions (Siberian Pie, Festive Bread, Golden Éclair, Candy Festival, Siberian Souvenir Gingerbread, Siberian Breakfast) for bakery and confectionery businesses of the Siberian Federal District.
- Special awards for exhibitors: “Most delicious stand” — awarded to exhibitors whose products receive the strongest audience response, based on tastings and visitor feedback. “Most effective B2B stand” — recognizing participants who have created the most productive space for business communication and negotiations.
- At the same time, the tourism and hospitality forum-exhibition VGOSTI will take place, expanding business opportunities and enhancing the overall impact of participation.
