About the exhibition
The 17th International Exhibition for Retail and HoReCa «Siberian Food Week-2026» will be held at the Novosibirsk Expocenter, bringing together key market players from Russia, South Korea, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Belarus, China and other countries.
More than 8,000 visitors are expected — representatives of the HoReCa and retail segments, food producers, as well as representatives of federal and regional government bodies.
The main goals of participation are signing supply contracts, conducting wholesale purchases, developing collaborations and building partnerships. Based on results from previous years, 89% of visitors successfully accomplished their business objectives: they found new partners and suppliers, conducted effective networking, and obtained up-to-date market analytics.
The exposition will bring together more than 200 exhibitors, presenting food products, beverages, ingredients, packaging solutions and equipment. According to survey results, 96% of participants established new business contacts, 97% are ready to recommend SFW to partners, 89% achieved their set goals, and 85% attracted new clients.
Key events of the exhibition:
- Retailers' Forum — a business platform featuring leading experts from across the country, addressing current trends in retail trade, the restaurant industry, marketing, IT solutions, logistics and category management.
- "POLKA" Retail Chain Procurement Center — the updated procurement session venue at Siberian Food Week will become one of the exhibition's key draws. Representatives of 33 retail chains and marketplaces, including "Lenta", "Magnit", "Yarche", "Auchan" and others, will take part in the negotiations. Manufacturers and suppliers, including small and medium-sized businesses, will have the opportunity to hold direct negotiations with buyers and get their products onto retail chain shelves as soon as 2 weeks after the exhibition ends.
- "Golden Medal" Tasting Competition — more than 65 product samples will be evaluated by an expert panel led by Sergey Gubin, an expert from the Novosibirsk Center for Certification and Quality Monitoring of Products.
- "Chefs of Siberia" Territory: master classes, lectures and competitions (Siberian Pie, Festive Bread, Golden Éclair, Candy Festival, Siberian Souvenir Gingerbread, Siberian-Style Breakfast) for the baking and confectionery businesses of the Siberian Federal District.
- Separate awards have been introduced for exhibitors. The "Tastiest Stand" nomination is for exhibitors whose products receive the most positive response from the audience. The winner is determined based on tastings and guest feedback. The "Most Effective B2B Stand" nomination recognizes participants who created the most productive space for business communication and negotiations.
- Running alongside will be the «VGOSTI» tourism and hospitality industry forum-exhibition, expanding business opportunities for participants and enhancing the effect of participation for their businesses.
